Located between 6th & 7th Streets off Myrtle Avenue, Coytesville Park consists of two tennis courts, a handball court, picnic area, children's playground, two basketball courts, and a children's wading pool. The park also houses an original Spanish-American War cannon. The park was dedicated in honor of the Coyte family in 1998. The family had ancestors that date back to the mid-1800s, and were the original settlers to the area referred to as the Coystesville section of Fort Lee.
