1. Bride must be a resident of Fort Lee and both the bride and groom must be at least 18 years of age. 2. Bride must show proof of being a Fort Lee resident, i.e. drivers license, a bill (showing brides name and Fort Lee address), or a notarized letter from the landlord. 3. Bride and groom must show proof of birth, i.e. birth certificates or passports. 4. Social Security Number (if applicable). 5. When applying, you must have one (1) witness with you. You must provide the name, address, and phone number of the Officiant (Priest, Mayor, Judge, etc.). 8.
