The Fort Lee Health Department’s 14th annual Health Fair will be held on Saturday, October 18, 2008, from 9:00AM to 1:00PM at the Fort Lee Community Center, 1355 Inwood Terrace.

Pre-Registration

Required for the following at the Health Dept. or call 201-592-3500 x1510 for additional information:

• Flu Vaccine: Adults 65 and older (show Medicare card - Plan-B), $10 for all others. NOTE: Those allergic to eggs will not be vaccinated.
• Bloodwork: $10 for seniors and veterans, $30 for all others; Chemscreen includes a full cholesterol profile and CBC (12-hour fast).
• Pneumococcal Vaccine: Seniors over 65 (show Medicare card - Plan-B), $15 for adults under 65.
